Privacy and data requests
To ask what information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, or make another privacy request, choose “Privacy or data request” above and tell us what you need. See the privacy policy for details about how each product handles information.
Reporting a concern
Everyday Counter groups are end-to-end encrypted, so we cannot read the content inside them. If you need to report a safety, abuse, or account concern, choose “Report a concern” and include enough information for us to review what happened. We can act on the information you provide and on information that is available to us.
What happens to your message
We use the name, email address, topic, and message you provide only to handle your request and reply. We do not add you to a marketing list or sell your contact information.
